Enclosed in very small 1.6 x 1.78 x 0.65" hermetically sealed cases, a new line of millimeter wave power amplifiers has just been developed. With output power of 1 to 2 watts at the 1 dB compression point, these amplifiers cover many standard communication bands in the 18 to 65 GHz frequency spectrum.
